- 1/2 tsp seafood season

Peel and boil the Irish potatoes in a pot until tender. Drain and mash them well in a bowl.

Finely chop the shrimp and onion. Add them to the mashed potatoes.

Add the egg, all purpose seasoning, seafood seasoning, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.

Form the mixture into small patties or fritters.

Heat vegetable oil in the frying pan or wok over medium heat. Carefully place the fritters in the hot oil.
