  • 150g, fresh spinach
  • 1/4, finely chopped onion
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cooking oil

  • 2 tbsp water

    In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, garam masala, salt, pepper, and 1 tsp cooking oil to make the dressing. Set aside.
